Some Background Information about ECHO

Welcome to the Hunter ECHO Club website! Chartered Spring 2010, Exploring Culinary Health Outreach is an undergraduate student organization whose purpose is to promote good health. We hope to promote healthy eating by encouraging students to learn how to cook, and by increasing awareness of good nutrition through community outreach. College students have a reputation of poor nutritional habits. As a group, ECHO aims to reduce this trend by engaging students in culinary activities that are both entertaining and informative. In the coming terms, we plan to have competitions, culinary demos, hands-on activities, contests, tours, graduate school events, and more. If you have any suggestions for future events, please feel free to fill out the form on the left panel.
